Through his diverse career experience, he has developed a deep understanding of the sector, leveraging his expertise to drive growth and development. Mr. Murthy holds a Post Graduate degree in Rural Development, further underscoring his commitment to promoting economic development in rural areas.
Mr. Mahavadi Kiran Kumar, Head – Operations (MEL)
With over 24 years of experience in the financial inclusion sector, Kiran has established himself as a seasoned professional. His most recent role was as Business Head at RBL Fin Serve, preceded by a 22-year tenure at Bharat Financial Inclusion Limited and BASIX, where he held various positions. Kiran has successfully expanded operations across multiple states, developed innovative products such as individual loans and affordable housing loan products, and demonstrated his expertise in the field. He holds an MBA from Osmania University.
Mr. Piyush Kumar Prasoon, Head – Operations
Mr. Piyush Kumar Prasoon is a seasoned development professional with over 19 years of diverse experience in microfinance, livelihood promotion, and agricultural value chains across South Asia, Africa, and the Pacific. He has worked extensively in both national and international consulting assignments, with a strong focus on operations, analytics, and financial inclusion for underserved communities. Piyush has demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale projects, building institutional capacities, and enhancing operational systems. An accomplished trainer, he has conducted over 200 training programs for development professionals, contributing to sector-wide capacity building. His commitment to sustainable growth and deep understanding of inclusive finance make him a valuable asset to the organization.
Mr. Abhishek Patro, Head – Credit Underwriting and Operational Audit
With a career spanning over 20 years in the development sector, Mr. Abhishek Patro started his career at Nidan in Bihar, where he spearheaded their micro-finance initiative, and later transitioned to Samhita, a sister concern of Arriba, where he played a key role from inception to transition. His expertise extends to multiple financing methodologies, new product rollouts, and internal audit, making him a valuable asset to the organization. He holds a Post Graduate degree in Commerce.
Mr. Sanjay Yadav, Head – Information Technology
As Head, Information Technology at Arriba, Mr. Sanjay brings a quarter-century of experience in development finance to the role. His extensive career has been marked by a long tenure at Samhita, a sister concern of Arriba, where he was a key member of the team from inception to transition. Prior to that, he held a leadership position at Cashpor India, Varanasi, overseeing MIS and Administration functions. A graduate of Purvanchal University, Sanjay has further honed his skills through participation in numerous global training programs, including those at the renowned Grameen Bank, Grameen Communications, and ASA in Bangladesh, as well as Cashpor Technical Services in Malaysia. His diverse experience and training have equipped him to effectively lead the MIS team at Arriba.
Mr. Rajesh Mopidevi Training Lead
With over 30 years of experience in field operations, healthcare projects, livelihood initiatives, and startups, Mr Rajesh has honed expertise in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and compliance management. His accomplishments include expanding the Ultra Poor Program to uplift marginalized communities, establishing educational initiatives for thousands of children, and leading family healthcare projects to improve community health. A skilled professional with a degree in Social Work, Law, and a Postgraduate in Management from Osmania University, Mr Rajesh combines strategic execution with effective leadership to drive impactful outcomes in development and social sectors.
Mr. Ramesh Kumar, Head – Accounts
Ramesh has 21 years of accounting experience in the financial services sector. He was with Samhita, a sister concern of Arriba since inception till the transition to Arriba. Prior to joining Samhita, he worked for 4 years in an audit capacity for a reputed accounting firm in Varanasi, where he specialized in micro-finance audits. He has a Post Graduate degree in Commerce.
