Mr. Mahavadi Kiran Kumar – New Product Development
Mr. Kiran Kumar holds over 22 years of experience in the financial inclusion space. Most recently, he served as Business Head at RBL FinServe Ltd.. Prior to that, he was with Bharat Financial Inclusion Limited and BASIX, where he developed extensive experience handling expansion of operations to multiple states, as well as new product development including individual loans and affordable housing loan products. Kiran holds an MBA from Osmania University, Hyderabad.
Mr. P S N Murthy – Finance
Mr. Murthy holds over 34 years of rich experience in development banking and MSME retail lending. He worked with SIDBI for over 25 years with SIDBI offices nationwide, overseeing Rs. 1500 Crores in lending including Rs. 500 Crores to the MSME sector. He helped set up Micro Units Development & Refinance Agency (MUDRA), a wholly-owned subsidiary of SIDBI, where he served for 4 years. He took voluntary retirement in the capacity of Deputy General Manager. He is an empanelled professional and empanelled faculty with National Institute of Rural Development (NIRD), Hyderabad, and also an empanelled faculty at National Institute for MSME (NIMSME), Hyderabad. He earlier worked with National Informatics Centre, GOI, Hyderabad, where he was engaged in implementation of GISTNIC pan India. He holds numerous professional certifications from the Indian Institute of Bankers, University of Copenhagen and other institutes.
Mr. Ganesan Ramakrishnan – Internal Audit
Mr. Ramakrishnan holds thirty five years of experience in Accounting, Finance and Audit pertaining to service and manufacturing industries. He spent the last 20 years of his career in the development sector.
Mr. Abhishek Patro – Training & Social Performance
Mr. Patro has over 20 years of experience in the development sector, having begun his career with Nidan in Bihar where he oversaw their micro-finance initiative. Since then he has worked overseen the training and social performance roles at Samhita Community Development Services. He also has a broad background in multiple financing methodologies, new product rollouts and internal audit. He holds a Post Graduate degree in Commerce.
Mr. Sanjay Yadav – MIS
Mr. Yadav has 25 years of experience in managing MIS within development finance. He started his career with Cashpor India, Varanasi, where he oversaw the MIS and Administration functions. Since 2007, he has been with Samhita Community Development Services in a similar role. He has overseen rollout of web & mobile applications for microfinance, managing public and private cloud services, and also interfacing with a host of external financial, regulatory and other data services. Sanjay is a graduate of Purvanchal University. He has attended several training programs globally, including at the Grameen Bank, Grameen Communications and ASA (Bangladesh), and Cashpor Technical Services (Malaysia).
Mr. Ramesh Kumar – Accounts
Mr. Ramesh Kumar has worked for over 19 years in the field of accounting, and has extensive experience with funds management, compliance, taxation, reporting to internal and external stakeholders, finalization of books of accounts, business planning and budgeting, and overseeing various specialized transactions including foreign exchange and related hedging coverage. He has served as Manager, Accounts at Samhita Community Development Services since 2007, prior to which he managed external audits with the CA firm of M. Jaiswal & Associates, Varanasi. He holds an M.Com degree from Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapeeth, Varanasi.
